My certification from Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program has honed my ability to ask the right questions to enable others to be the best they can be. The right questions empower my clients to self-discover their own hidden potential and develop their own solutions.
My dad was a career Marine, and I went to three different high schools. I worked my way through college at Drexel University... it took five years to get a four-year degree. I earned my Master's degree from Pace University, which I did at night.
I was a CPA and a transformational global leader with a Big Four accounting firm for over 35 years. I am grounded in the many disciplines composing Human Resources/Talent. I have led and operated diverse global businesses.
I have been happily married for 40 years. We have raised three great kids but life has not always been easy. We are better as a family for life’s challenges.
My personal journey includes a heart attack as I got off an airplane in Boston. I am now a happy and healthy five-year heart attack survivor. Thankfully, my recovery enabled me to recommit to my physical and emotional health. It changed my world and my role in it.
I am a person of faith that continues to guide me. I am a son, a brother, a husband, a father, a grandfather, and an uncle. I am an avid hiker, gardener, sailor, and skier. I am a friend, a coach, and mentor to many.
My mission is to be in service to others. I view coaching as an opportunity to give back and to share what I have learned from my own experience in an executive role. I am here to serve and willing to contribute to my clients' success in any way I can.
